PORTLAND, Maine (AP) ? A Portland man and woman have been sentenced to 10 years each in prison for what a prosecutor called an "animalistic" sexual assault of another woman with dowels and a golf club. The Portland Press Herald (http://bit.ly/Jlgn5e ) reports that Karla Wilson and Shawn Batchelder were each sentenced Thursday to 25 years in prison with all but 10 suspended, after pleading guilty to gross sexual assault.
