Court Just Can't Deal With Apple's Bid to Ban Samsung Galaxy S3 Right Now

Apple's bid to ban the sale of the Samsung Galaxy S III in the U.S. has been put on hold. U.S. District Court judge Lucy Koh decided this week that the case has far too many moving parts already, and she doesn't want to add another. If Apple wants to block Galaxy S III's sales in the U.S., it's going to have to request a new hearing date from the Court. Which is a small blow to Cupertino. While it doesn't prevent Apple from continuing to request a court order against Galaxy S III sales, it does ruin its chances of winning one prior to the device's official U.S. launch.
