Socialist Francois Hollande has been elected as President of France. Austerity is a dead end. Austerity�has led Great Britain to a double-dip recession. The people of France understand this fact. You can cling to a far-right ideology of austerity if you wish. And yet the fact is that you and the people who you value need access to education, jobs and health care. While we must each work hard on our own, we cannot go it alone in such a complex society. //
